Movie Night Candle: Perfect Scent for Film Lovers

Quick answer

The Glasshouse Fragrances Movie Night 380g candle is the perfect companion for film lovers, blending classic cinema treats and sweet nostalgia into a clean-burning soy wax candle.

How to set up your Movie Night candle experience

1. Trim the wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6 mm). This prevents smoking and ensures an even burn, making the candle last longer. A trimmed wick also prevents soot from building up on the glass.
2. Light and let the wax pool: Light the candle and let it burn until the entire top layer of wax is melted (usually 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures you get the full scent throw. Don't extinguish until the wax pool reaches the edges, or you'll waste wax.
3. Pair with your movie: Place the candle in the room where you're watching, but away from drafts or direct airflow. The sweet, nostalgic scent complements comedies, dramas, or classic films without clashing with snacks. Avoid placing near an open window or fan—it will burn unevenly and lose scent throw.
